About the Course:
This one hour webinar, “Understanding the Violent Mind,” discusses the threat of violence in the workplace. You will learn how to minimize the likelihood of violent or threatening behavior occurring, how violent people tend to think and feel, and how to intervene and diffuse the potentially violent individual. Practical strategies and techniques are given and discussed in detail. This webinar will empower the listener to more confidently and successfully interact and intervene with a person threatening violence, whether in the workplace or anywhere else.
This course is based on the recorded webinar, Understanding the Violent Mind created by Bruce Blythe in 2015.
