Dr. Brewer has developed multiple apps for assisting with anxiety, smoking and weight issues. He provides efficacy research of his work in this book, Unwinding Anxiety. Dr. Brewer's TED talk in 2016, "A Simple Way to Break a Bad Habit," has been viewed extensively. Dr. Brewer has trained business leaders, government ministers, coaches, and Olympic athletes.

Describe the influence of reward systems on how your brain makes decisions and the changes to any undesirable (or desirable) habits.
Explain the influence of curiosity and a growth mindset on mastery of challenges. Be able to use a growth mindset to recognize mistakes as a learning opportunity so it is possible to master patterns of anxiety.
Cite specific statistics on treatment outcome research on treatment for anxiety.
