- Describe social, cultural, and historic factors which contribute to the over-representation of American Indians/Alaska Natives (AI/AN) people within the criminal justice system.
- Identify and discuss service gaps between criminal justice and behavioral health systems as experienced by AI/AN people.
- Identify and discuss interventions, resources, and tools that can be used by providers to mitigate service gaps related to the social, cultural, and historic factors experienced by AI/AN people.
