This presentation will be an interactive session for bereavement centers and others who work with young adults. We will be discussing continuing support of these young adults as they age out of bereavement centers and other services. National Students of AMF Support Network would like to collaborate with bereavement services, educate members on the services we provide, and discuss how we can best serve incoming young adults to ensure they are receiving the support they need. We will also be identifying other networks of support for young adults.
This course is based on the recorded webinar, The Transition to Young Adulthood: Continued Support While Transitioning to College created by Kiri Thompson, MS, LPC, NCC in 2015.
