About the Course:

Author Thomas Bien offers an energizing and expansive perspective on psychotherapy and mindfulness. Grounded in his understanding of Buddhist teachings, his book suggests a model of integration of particular value to beginning therapists, those still in training, or to experienced practitioners, offering ways in which therapists can mindfully care for themselves amid the challenges of their practice. Tools useful to clients, as well, are discussed.
NOTE: The exam questions in this course are based on the author’s stated theories, beliefs, and opinions. Correct responses to exam questions are based solely on the information presented in the book.
