About the Course:

This article reviews the literature on gastrointestinal problems reported in anorexia nervosa. The article covers how common these complaints are and the evidence for symptom-based treatment. The article also discusses the course of gastrointestinal complaints as they relate to the course of anorexia nervosa. Finally, the prevailing methodologies used to study these phenomena in this population are critiqued.
