About the Course:

Our goal each year is for our camp volunteers to leave the camp weekend feeling energized and empowered, not exhausted and depleted. Much of that has to do with how the camp weekend is structured, organized and implemented. This interactive workshop will explore not only how to create a well-organized camp weekend, but also emphasize the importance of equipping volunteers with thorough and creative grief curriculum for the different age groups. Healing activities will be shared, and please come with your own great ideas!

This course is based on the recorded webinar, Equip Your Volunteers For Success!: Tips and tools on creating a successful camp weekend including Sharing Circle activities created by Jennifer Simmonds and Katie Eisold, BS, CCLS in 2016.
