Program evaluation is a critical step to ensure quality programming and demonstrate impact to current and potential funders. It can also help potential participants understand how your services can help them. This webinar will provide an overview of the process that the Center for Grieving Children followed to develop its tool for measuring impact and evaluating program outcomes for a peer support program. Susan will provide an overview of relevant literature which informed this project, discuss considerations when designing a tool, strategies for an effective roll out and share preliminary results from the Center’s evaluation. This webinar is appropriate for program and development staff.
