About the Course:

This course is based on a Federal government study of the Vermont mental health and substance abuse parity law. The effects on stakeholders including employers, health plans, providers, and consumers were evaluated. The research conducted included an implementation case study, an employer survey, and an analysis of health plan claims/encounter data. Major findings are presented, as are recommendations based upon those findings.
