About the Course

The purpose of this publication is to introduce health and education professionals to the Freeze-Framer® Interactive Learning System (FFILS), an innovative stress reduction and emotional management system. It includes a discussion of why it is an ideal time to consider such a tool, the importance of “psychophysiological coherence” and self-regulation skills, and specific guidance on how to use the FFILS for research and educational purposes with a variety of clients in a variety of settings.
