About the Course:

An extensive study of companies that made the transition from being merely a good company to being a great company over a period of many years. It is not about the classic “turnarounds” or the short spurt improvements a company can achieve. It uncovers what was different about all these great companies versus good companies in the same industry.

This course is based on the , Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap… and Others Don’t created by Jim Collins
