The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is the largest agency in New Hampshire state government, responsible for the health, safety and well-being of the citizens of New Hampshire.
As of January 2024, in an effort to improve access, availability and opportunities for peer training, the department has launched a new Certified Peer Support Specialist certificate program offered through the community college network via a cooperative project agreement with the department.
