Hawaii Board of Marriage and Family Therapy

    Hawaii Board of Marriage and Family Therapy has special CE requirements. Those requirements are listed below.

Beginning January 1st, 2017 marriage and family therapists must complete a minimum of forty-five (45) credit hours of continuing education courses within the three-year period preceding the renewal date of December 31st, 2019; provided that a minimum of six (6) credit hours shall be in ethics courses.

A first-time licensee shall not be subject to the continuing education requirement
