Original license issue date before 1/1/2024 or between 1/1/2024 & 6/30/2024:
40 continuing education hours are required including 6 hours in ethics, 4 hours in suicide & 6 hours in cultural competency. A maximum of 20 hours can be non-interactive.
Original License Issue date between 7/1/2024 & 12/31/2024:
30 continuing education hours are required including 6 hours in ethics, 4 hours in suicide & 6 hours in cultural competency. A maximum of 20 hours can be non-interactive.
Original license issue date between 1/1/2025 & 6/30/2025:
20 continuing education hours are required including 2 hours in ethics, 2 hours in suicide & 6 hours in cultural competency. Can be interactive or non-interactive.
Original License issue date between 7/1/2025 & 12/31/2025:
10 continuing education hours are required including 2 hours in ethics, 2 hours in suicide & 6 hours in cultural competency. Can be interactive or non-interactive.
If the licensee is an approved supervisor, at least two hours of the CEU requirements must be on issues specifically pertaining to the supervision of the field of practice of the approved supervisor.CE Learning Systems has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 5951.
