How can I reprint or modify my certificate?

To reprint or modify your certificate, login to your member account and click “Your Exam History” link. You will see the courses you have completed along with a certificate “reprint” link. Clicking that link will allow you to change accreditations and other information prior to reprinting your certificate.

Can I earn credits twice for the same course?

Yes, however some state boards will not accept the same course being taken twice for CE credits. As an aid to members, we alert you when you select a course exam that you have previously completed.

How do credits get reported on the certificate (credit hours or credit units)?

One credit is equal to one 60-minute contact hour. When appropriate fractions of contact hours are calculated, but never less than .5 contact hours. Evaluation and survey of the learning experience are considered part of the learning activity. All of our certificates report credits by number of contact hours. A course that is listed for 7 CE contact hours shows up on the certificate as 7 credit hours.

How can I get a copy of my receipt for payment?

After a purchase you will receive an email receipt. If you wish to reprint your receipt at a later date, enter your Payment History in your member account and click on Transcation ID for the date of your payment. Then click the button “Send Email Receipt”. If you need to send a receipt to a third-party (e.g. a supervisor), when completing the payment form, there is a field to enter a third-party email address, which will allow a copy of the receipt to be sent to a third party.
