About the Course:

Many cancer survivors have told the National Cancer Institute researchers that while they felt they had lots of information and support during their illness, once treatment stopped, they entered a whole new world – one filled with new questions. The booklet upon which this course is based was written to share common feelings and reactions that many people who have lived through cancer treatment have had after treatment ended. Clinicians are encouraged to use this material in supporting their patients through a very difficult transition process.

This course offers some practical tips to help your patients move forward with their lives after being treating for cancer. Use the information presented in this course in whatever ways work best for you and your patients.
