Part II addresses risk factors for serious and lasting effects, diferentiated between pre-disaster, within-disaster, and post-disaster factors. Part III focuses on the protection provided by psychological resources, the potential for resource deterioration, and the evidence for resource mobilization in the aftermath of disasters. Three brief articles published by the National Center for PTSD. 15 pages of text.
