The purpose of this publication is to present an evidence base, consisting of the most current medical and scientific knowledge, for evaluating disability as defined by the Social Security Administration (SSA) in persons with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). It examines both mental and physical impairment, as well as evidence for successful and unproven treatments for the disorder.
