  1. To learn more about the contrasting process for Medicaid managed care and how it affects civil commitment issues

  2. To examine case studies in order to gain knowledge on the “do’s” and “don’t’s” of Medicaid managed care contracting

  3. To examine the clinical implications of bringing managed care into the Medicaid system
